Admin / Client Services Director Full access to users, assignments, approvals, private locations, and contractor payments. Car Concierge Receives assignments, accepts or declines them, and tracks paid time. Listing Agent Schedules their own Showings and views Listing Agent projected commissions. VFP Agent Views Vehicle Finder transactions and projected commissions. Payroll Prepares and reviews contractor payment runs without access to private location data.
